Premier Tennis League

The National Doubles League is an event commencing in October each year, culminating in four day finals in April each year. It fills a void in the tennis calendar, for top club, county and international players in that period for top competitive tennis.

Players that have played the event in the past include Wayne Black, Aisam Quereshi, Jeremy Bates,Ian Flanagan and Jamie Murray. It has been going six years as a National Event.

Past winners include David Lloyd Derby (Three), Royal Berkshire Club (Twice) and Hallamshire Sheffield (Once). The total prize money pot has gone from £2,000 in 2002 to £25000 this current season. The event also has a Celebrity and Charity angle at the finals, to add a lot of interest to the event.
